OSRS Recipe for Disaster

Recipe for Disaster is the most rewarding OSRS Quest in the game. That’s exactly why we’ve put together a quick and efficient guide for you to read through. So, without further ado, let’s get right into it!

The Cook

To start this part, you need to speak to the cook at Lumbridge Castle. He’ll ask you to gather a few ingredients for him, which you can either gather yourself or purchase from the Grand Exchange. Once you have the items, speak to him again to complete this part.

The Feast

Recipe of Disaster has 10 sub-quests, and you can complete them in any sequence. At the beginning of the quest, you’ll notice that all council members have been frozen by the gypsy. You now have to free them from the Culinaromancer’s curse.

The Dwarf

To complete this part, you’ll be needing Ice Gloves, a Bucket of Milk, a Pot of Flour, an Egg, a Bowl of Water, 4x Asgarnian Ales, and 1,000 OSRS Gold. Make sure you have a Games Necklace for Burthorpe Teleport, as well as 1x Falador and Lumbridge Teleportation means. You’ll also need to complete the Fishing Content quest to progress.

The Goblin

To complete this part, you’ll need Bread, Orange, a Knife, Blue/Green/Purple Dye, Spices, Fishing Bait, a Bucket of Water, and Charcoal. Make sure you have the means to teleport to Lumbridge and the Goblin Village (Mind Altar or Falador teleport). You’ll also need to complete the Goblin Diplomacy quest to progress.

The Pirate

To complete this part, you’ll need a Raw Cod, Pestle & Mortar, Bread, Knife, Fishbowl, Needle, and 3x Bronze Wires. Make sure you have the means to teleport to Lumbridge and the Goblin Village (Mind Altar or Falador teleport). You’ll also need 32 Cooking, 42 Crafting (Ironman), and 4 Smithing to progress.

The Guide

To complete this part, you’ll need a Cake Tin, a Bucket of Water, a Pot of Flour, and an Egg. Make sure you have means to teleport to Lumbridge and the Wizards’ Tower (Necklace of Passage). You’ll also need to complete the following quests to progress; Biohazard, Demon Slayer, Nature’s Spirit, Witch’s House, Murder Mystery, and Big Chompy Bird Hunting.

Evil Dave

To complete this part, you’ll need 25 Cooking, alongside 9x Stews and a Pet Cat. Make sure you have the means to teleport to Lumbridge and Edgeville (Glory Amulet). You’ll also need to complete Gertrude’s Cat and Shadow of the Storm quests to progress.

The King

To complete this part, you’ll need a Pestle & Mortar, Knife, Rope, 5 RSGP, Monkey Speak Amulet, Ninja Greegree, Zombie Greegree, and Gorilla Greegree. Make sure you have access to the Fairy Ring (CLR), as well as teleportation means to get to Ape Atoll. You’ll also need to complete the Monkey Madness quest and have at least 48 Agility and 70 Cooking to progress.

Sir Amik

To complete this part, you’ll need a Bucket of Milk, a Pot of Cream, a Pot of Corn Flour, an Axe, a Machete, Dramen or Lunar Staff, Dramen Branch, Pestle & Mortar, Ice Gloves, Raw Chicken, Anti-Dragon Shield, and an Anti-Fire Potion. Make sure you have the means to teleport to Lumbridge, Draynor, and the Shilo Village. You’ll also need to complete the following quests to progress; Legends’ Quest (just start it), Family Crest, Shilo Village, Underground Pass, Heroes’ Ques, and the Waterfall Quest. You’ll also need to defeat a level 227 Black Demon so be careful.

Skrach

To complete this part, you’ll need an Axe, a Pickaxe, an Iron Spit, a Ball of Wool, a Tinderbox, Logs, Raw Chompy, Ogre Bellows, an Ogre Bow, and Ogre Arrows. Make sure you have the means to teleport to Lumbridge, Feldip Hills, and Tai Bwo Wannai. You’ll also need to complete the Big Chompy Bird Hunting quest and have 20 Fire Making and 41 Cooking to progress.

The Culinaromancer

To complete this part, you’ll need the ability to defeat several monsters without using Prayer. You’ll also need 175 Quest Points and need to have completed Desert Treasure and Horror from the Deep quest. Besides that, make sure you have Air, Water, Earth, and Fire spells for the Dagannoth Mother, as well as Ice Gloves, Good Equipment, and Food Items.
